This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the Respondents to release the result of revaluation of the answer sheets of the Petitioner. 2.
Mr. Mohinder J.S. Rupal, learned counsel appearing for the University submits that revaluation result of the Petitioner has been declared on 24.11.2025 and communication to this effect has been sent to her. 3.
Since the grievance ventilated by the Petitioner stands redressed, no further order is required to be passed in the writ petition. However, it needs to be penned down that despite the prescribed timeline of 45 days to declare the results of revaluation of answer sheets of students, University has not declared the results of the other candidates despite passage of nearly 200 days. Result of the Petitioner has been declared on 24.11.2025 only because W.P.(C) 17758/2025 Page 1 of 2 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. she approached the Court. This is indeed a serious matter as delay in declaring the revaluation results can adversely affect the students for appearing in other examinations. Mr. Rupal will place this order before the Vice Chancellor, University of Delhi so that requisite steps are taken to ensure that timelines in declaring results are scrupulously adhered to. 4.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
