Mr. Rajesh Mahindru, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that in case the petitioner files a fresh application, the petitioner's agency shall be restored and his balance renewal commission shall be paid within a period of six weeks.

Let the petitioner to file the application within a period of seven days. Let the respondent to act as per its undertaking. 3.

If, thereafter, the petitioner has any grievance, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse.
