% 13.03.2015 These are two petitions filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of two cross FIR Nos.1034/2014 & 1035/2014, both By:AMULYA
w registered on 23'" December, 2014, at P.S. Vivek Vihar, Delhi. Due to an incident which took place on 23"^ December, 2014, on the basis of the complaint made by Dharmendra (respondent No.2 in Crl. M.C. No.947/2015), the FIR No.1034/2014 was registered under Sections 289/323/337/34 IPG against Mr.Anup Kumar Mittal (petitioner in the said petition). The said Mr.Anup Kumar Mittal also made a complaint in respect of the same incident, on the basis of which the FIR No. 1035/2014 was registered against Mr.Venkatesh Rao, Dharmendra and Maheshpal Singh (petitioners in Crl. M.C. No.950/2015).
Since the parties are neighbourers, subsequently, with the intervention of common friends and neighbours, the parties have settled their disputes tVi amicably by virtue of Memorandum of Understanding dated 24 February, 2015. Copy of the same is placed on the record, which is duly signed by the parties. They are also present in Court and are duly identified by their respective counsel. They have confirmed the said settlement. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in order to maintain peace and harmony between the parties and in view of the averments made in the petitions as well as the settlement arrived at between 4^ the parties, the FIR Nos. 1034/2014 & 1035/2014, both registered on 23'^'^ December, 2014, at P.S. Vivek Vihar, Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed qua the respective petitioners. The petitions are accordingly disposed of.
