Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for grant of third spell of Furlough for two weeks in FIR No.0096/2012 under Section 302 IPC, registered at PS: Sarai Rohilla.

Learned ASC for the State appears on advance Notice. 3.

Petitioner has annexed the Order dated 12.11.2025 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, wherein similar Petition, filed by the Petitioner, was directed to be treated as an Application seeking release on Furlough and Respondent Authorities were directed to decide the same within a period of two weeks.

The said two weeks are to expire on 26.11.2025. 5.

In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present Writ Petition with liberty to file the same before the concerned Co-ordinate Bench.
