% 13.07.2016 Mr.Mohit Goel has filed the present petition under Section 34 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging the impugned award dated 21st January, 2016. Learned counsel for the respondents has raised the objection that Mohit Goel was neither the party to the agreement nor he appeared before the Arbitral Tribunal. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mohit Goel admits the same. In view of the same, the present petition filed by Mohit Goel is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Mohit Goel states that liberty be granted to Mohit Goel to take appropriate remedy in accordance with the law. It is always open to Mohit Goel to initiate the proceedings as per law. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
