The petitioner has filed CM No.5151/2016 for permission to withdraw this petition. CM No.5151/2016 is allowed and CONT.CAS(C) 410/2014 & CM No.20928/2015 are dismissed as withdrawn. Date of 14th March, 2016 is cancelled.
