CAS (C) 589/2018 Mr. Ripu Daman Bhardwaj learned counsel appearing for the Respondent in Cont.Cas(C) 589/2018 submits that although instructions have been received from the Ministry of Family and Health Welfare on 14.09.2020 but since the letter was received late in the evening, the same could not be filed in the Court. He seeks a period of three days to place the said letter on record.
Let the aforesaid letter be filed by 16th September, 2020 with an advance copy to learned counsels for the Petitioners in both the petitions, to be shared through the electronic mode.
