% 29.02.2016 This is a suit for declaration valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Ld. counsel for parties submit that the suit property is situated at West Punjabi Bagh which falls under the jurisdiction of District West, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District West, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (West), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 11.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.

Plaintiffs are directed to pay the previous cost today itself. Learned counsel for the defendants submits that she has not received the copies of the affidavits.
