In view of the limited relief sought for in the application, learned counsel says that she does not wish to file a reply. The relief claimed in the application is as follows:- "A. Extend the time for deposit of Fixed Deposit Receipt(FDR) granted to the petitioner till June 2, 2018;" Accordingly, for the reasons given in the application, the petitioner is given time to file the original FDR in consonance with the directions of this Court passed vide order dated 25.04.2018 by tomorrow i.e. 31.05.2018.

Application is disposed of.
