CM(M) 270/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the continuous orders passed by the Trial Judge who as per the plaintiff is not taking expeditious steps as his bounden duty.

Attention has been drawn to the order dated 24.02.2015 as also the subsequent orders dated 07.3.2015, 27.3.2015, 08.7.2015 and 29.9.2015, 17.12.2015 and 26.02.2016.

Submission of the petitioner in person is that evidence of the plaintiff stood closed on 30.9.2014 and on one pretext or the other the defendant is taking dates and is not permitting the case to proceed. This appears to be prima facie evident. The Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the petition expeditiously in a time bound frame not exceeding six months from the date of receipt of this order.

Petition disposed of.
