% 21.10.2016 IA No.12084/2016 By an order dated 28.09.2016, it was proposed to appoint Justice R. V. Easwar (Retired) as a Sole Arbitrator with the consent of both the parties. Justice R. V. Easwar has since given his consent and also made a necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Accordingly, Justice R. V. Easwar is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Justice R. V. Easwar will continue from the same stage of the arbitration as was obtaining before Justice R. C. Chopra (Retd.) The petition is disposed of.
