The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks following prayers:- <a) Initiate contempt proceeding against the alleged Contemners/Respondents for willfully and deliberately disobeying the direction of this Hon9ble Court passed vide order dated 22.07.2025 in the WP (C) 10495/2025;
b) Any further order may be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent/contemor, in the interest of justice.= 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent/DDA, who appears on advance notice, submits that vide order dated 24.11.2025, the representation of the petitioner in terms of order dated 22.07.2025 in W.P.(C) 10495/2025 has since been disposed of. A copy of the said order has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
