M/s Harinder Singh Industries (P) Ltd.", passed by the court of Shri Brijesh Kumar Garg, ADJ, Central-18, Delhi and the suit of the Respondent may be dismissed with cost throughout.

d). pending adjudication of the appeal, the execution and operation of the judgment and decree may be stayed unconditionally." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present appeal.
