Since it is the case of the respondent that personal hearing is offered to the petitioner and the petitioner is not in India, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall appear, through his authorized representative, before the respondent authority in view of the notice of personal hearing on 06th April 2026. 2.
We expect the respondent to pass an order in the matter after hearing the authorized representative of the petitioner within a period of six weeks thereafter.
