By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 344/2023 dated 25.07.2023, registered at Police Station Nabi Karim, District Central, New Delhi, under Sections 323/342/377/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Omkar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the case.
