Cancellation of bail granted to accused in FIR No.37/2010 under Section 302/392/394/120B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar, Delhi is sought in this petition. Upon hearing and on perusal of status report filed, I find that recording of prosecution evidence is almost complete. At this fag end of trial, this Court is not inclined to cancel bail granted to respondents-accused.
