This suit is disposed of in view of the settlement agreement dated 27.4.2016 entered into between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It is, however, made clear that no decree is drawn and that parties will be bound by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 27.4.2016. In case of any violation of such terms, any of the interested parties or aggrieved parties can file appropriate independent proceedings. 2.

The suit is accordingly disposed of.

Counsel for the defendant states that though he has not signed the settlement agreement dated 27.4.2016 to identify the defendant he states that the agreement should be taken to have been signed by him for identifying the defendant in the suit.
