BAIL APPLN. 4616/2024 By way of the present petition filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail granted to him vide order dated 11.11.2024 passed in BAIL APPLN. No. 3367/2024.
At the outset however, it is noticed that this plea ought to have been filed by way of a CRL.M.(Bail) in BAIL APPLN. No. 3367/2024, in which petition the interim bail was first granted.
Accordingly, Mr. Hirein Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a CRL.M.(Bail) in BAIL APPLN. No. 3367/2024.
