This application seeks regular bail in FIR No. 512/2024 registered under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at P.S. Vikaspuri.

One of the crucial pieces of evidence relied upon by the prosecution is the recovery of blood-stained clothes from the Applicant, the forensic examination whereof is still awaited.

In view of the above, counsel for the Applicant after addressing arguments for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the present application, with liberty to approach the Trial Court as and when the forensic report is received. A request is also made for expeditious processing of the forensic report.

Leave and liberty as prayed for are granted. The concerned DCP is directed to follow up on the status of the forensic report.
