This is a suit for recovery valued at Rs.50 lakhs. Ld. counsel for defendant alongwith defendant submits that the suit property is situated at Pitampura which falls under the jurisdiction of District (North-West), Delhi hence requests the matter to be transferred to District (NorthWest), Delhi. Mr. Deepak Goel, son of plaintiff, reports no objection. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North-West), Rohini, Delhi . Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (NorthWest), Rohini, Delhi on 21.04.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
