% 03.08.2016 Mr Bansal, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the DDA, submits that the two plots in question, being ED-14 and ED-15, Inder Puri, which may form part of Khasra No. 1652, are the subject matter of litigation between the DDA and the Engineering and Industrial Corporation Private Limited. At present, the status is that there is an RSA No. 153/2015 [DDA v. M/s Engineering and Industrial Corporation Private Limited] pending before a learned Single Judge of this Court. Once the issue of ownership is being debated before a court of competent jurisdiction, it will be inappropriate on our part in a PIL to issue any directions.
