By way of the present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 17.10.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Court, by which the petitioner's application seeking custody parole for the educational needs of his daughters was dismissed.

During the course of hearing, Ms. Prerna Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, in lieu of an order granting custody parole for the purposes sought, the petitioner confines his prayer to seeking an enlargement in the frequency and duration of e-mulakat, so as to enable him to attend to the educational needs of his daughters. Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the National Investigation Agency, does not oppose such request. 4.

Ms. Mukherjee also relies on an order dated 06.02.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Mohammed Shakif vs. National Investigation Agency [CRL.A. 147/2025], arising out of the same case, wherein another co-accused was permitted to have a video call with his daughter on alternate days for a period of fifteen minutes, under minimal supervision.

I am informed that, at present, the petitioner is entitled to e-mulakat once a week, each for a duration of 15 minutes. 6.

In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction that the concerned Jail Superintendent shall permit the petitioner to have e-mulakat with his daughter three times a week for a period of 30 minutes each, over the next eight weeks, under minimal supervision. 7.

A copy of this order be sent to concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance.

The petition is disposed of accordingly, with the above directions.
