The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondent be directed to process / decide the application of the petitioner submitted in terms of Office Memorandum issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure Order (Public Procurement No.4) vide OM F No.7/10/2021-PPD (1) dated 23.02.2023 under Rule 144(XI) of the General Finance Rules, 2017 and to grant registration to the petitioner, and to enable the petitioner to participate in tender.

Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the application of the petitioner has been rejected on 21.08.2025. 3.
