By virtue of the present appeal, the appellant seeks setting aside of the order dated 27.10.2025 passed by the learned District Judge-05, SouthWest District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi in RCA No.103/2025, as well as order dated 12.08.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge-03, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi in Ex. Civil No.625/2023. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal, with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law. 3.

Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
