This is a petition impugning the order dated 27.09.2025, passed by the learned ASJ, dismissing the petitioner's Criminal Revision Petition No. 512/2018, seeking framing of additional charges against the respondents/accused persons under Sections 415/420/385/387/120B/511 IPC.

It has been apprised by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that revision filed by the respondents against the order dated 27.09.2025 has since been accepted and respondents have already been discharged and petitioner has preferred CRL.M.C. 8386/2025, challenging The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
