The petitioner has made his statement to the effect that in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 31.08.2017, a settlement has been arrived at between him and the respondent / his wife and he seeks to withdraw the CRL.M.C. 1189/2016 voluntarily of his own accord without any duress, pressure or coercion from any quarter.
In view of the submissions made by the petitioner, the CRL.M.C. 1189/2016 is dismissed as withdrawn.

A Settlement Agreement dated 31.08.2017 arrived at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre bears my signatures thereon on each page at points-A, which is exhibited as Ex.CW1/A, which I have signed voluntarily of my own accord without any duress, pressure or coercion from any quarter and I undertake to abide by the terms of the said Settlement Agreement dated 31.08.2017 arrived at between me and my wife Aashy.
