The Decree Holder has filed the present application under Order XXI Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, inter alia, praying that the Decree dated 30.09.2011 be transferred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The present execution petition had been filed for execution of the decree dated 30.09.2011 passed by this Court in CS(OS) 1243/2009 titled "TDI International India Ltd. v. Klub Klass, Sole Proprietorship through Shri B.S. Raghuram, Proprietor". The learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that the Judgment Debtor is working for gain in Bengaluru. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that the Decree dated 30.09.2011 be transferred to the City Civil Court, Bengaluru, Karnataka. 4.

A certificate of transfer of the Decree along with the certificate of non-satisfaction of the Decree, along with ancillary documents be issued to the Decree Holder within a period of two weeks from today. Ex. P. No. 200/2012 Page 1 of 2

The Decree Holder is granted time till 12.04.2017 to apply for execution in the City Civil Court, Bengaluru, Karnataka. 6.
