The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction against the respondent MCD to expunge the name of M/s Deep Shikha Flat Owners/Occupants Welfare Association (Reg.) from the list of properties where the water and electricity connection are proposed to be disconnected. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioners had filed with the respondent no.1/MCD a Structural Audit Report dated 7th May, 2022 on 3rd June, 2022, in terms of which the building is stated to be in a fit condition.

In these circumstances, respondent no.1/MCD is directed to: i. Inspect the building afresh to assess the structural stability of the W.P.(C) 17832/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. building, within two (2) weeks, and ii. Pass a reasoned speaking order within four (4) weeks thereafter, with a copy to counsel for the petitioner.

Right of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid speaking order, in accordance law, is kept open.

The present petition along with the pending application stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
