Mr. Nayyar, learned senior counsel on instructions says that the relief sought in the prayer (b) is not pressed.

Furthermore, learned counsel says that petitioner wishes to approach the TDSAT and since the TDSAT is not available today, the instant petition has been filed.

It is the submission of the learned Senior Counsel that he would move TDSAT by 04.04.2018 and that till then no precipitate steps vis-a-vis subject financial bank guarantee be taken.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move TDSAT. Since, TDSAT would be convening I am told from 04.04.2018, no

precipitate steps would be taken vis-a-vis subject financial bank guarantee till 05.04.2018.
