The APP for the State shown the Trial Court Record. It transpired that as per the testimony of PW-1 recorded on 11th September, 2018, he has corroborated the incident as per the FIR. Due to the quarrel over rent, he states that Rajesh Kumar returned with his brother-in-law Suraj, whom he identifies in Court and accused Deepak and Sonu, both identified in Court. He further states that the said accused started beating him and his wife Sanju Devi and son Dashrath due to which they received deep injuries. They also identified the bamboo, iron pipe and sabbal which were weapons of offence in the Court.

Having considered these testimonies, which have been recorded during the trial, this petition for quashing of FIR is accordingly dismissed. 3.
