% 26.04.2016 The present is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking release of the petitioner on parole in order to enable him to file a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

A perusal of the status report filed on behalf of the official respondent reveals that the petitioner is not a permanent resident of Delhi. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner does not have a residential address in Delhi.

In view of the foregoing the present petition is dismissed. However, the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee which has instituted the present petition is directed to consider the possibility of instituting a Special Leave Petition, if so advised, and assist the petitioner in this behalf.
