% 28.07.2016 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground of reestablishing ties with the family and admitting his children in the school. As per the status report both the children of the petitioner are studying in BTPS Public School in Ghaziabad. Further the petitioner availed of parole for 15 days from 24th March, 2016 to 4th April, 2016. Thus I find no reason to grant parole to the petitioner.
Petition is dismissed.
Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
