% 29.03.2016 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the order dated 3rd March, 2016 passed by the Learned Additional Collector/ADM in the appeal under Section 185 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 filed by the petitioners. Appeal has been dismissed by the Additional Collector. Petitioners have remedy before the Financial Commissioner by way of revision. Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
Petitioners are at liberty to approach the Financial Commissioner.
Writ petition is dismissed with the above observations. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
