Learned counsel for the respondents assures and undertakes, on instructions, that the requisite benefits that are required to be paid to the petitioner in terms of the judgment / order dated 19.05.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 3335/2020 shall be paid latest within a period of six weeks from today. The said statement is taken on record. 2.

It is agreed that any breach of the aforesaid undertaking shall be treated as egregious contempt of orders passed by this Court entailing severe action against the concerned officials of the DDA. 3.

Taking on record the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of.

In case of any violation, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition.
