Counsels are agreed that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the judgement dated 22.3.2018 passed in various writ petitions including W.P.(C) No.2472/2018, titled: Puja Tandon and Anr. v. Registrar of Companies and Ors. In sum, the petitioners seek to revive the subject company by filing an appeal before the NCLT under Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Counsel for the petitioners says that qua the subject company i.e., 3D Design and Technologies Private Limited, he seeks application of the directives contained in the aforementioned order, insofar as it concerns the petitioners. W.P.(C) No.3028/2018

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the official respondents to apply the directives contained in order dated 22.03.2018, passed in W.P.(C) No.2472/2018, titled: Puja Tandon and Anr. vs. Registrar of Companies and Ors.
