Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of four weeks in FIR no. 50/2021 registered at PS Keshav Puram. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be treated as representation by the concerned Jail Superintendent/Jail Authority, who may be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law.

Learned ASC appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
