The arbitral proceedings are in relation to disputes between the parties pertaining to tender for the work of "D/o of 443.44 Hact. Of land in Sector 34 & 35, Phase-V, Rohini, SH: C/o Peripheral S. W. Drain and culvert, Sector 34 & 35, Phase-V".

It is submitted that the arbitral proceedings are at an advanced stage and final arguments have also already been addressed. 6.
