Counsel to take up the matter with the Registry and get the same placed on record.

It has not been disputed by the Learned Senior Counsel that remedy of revision before the Financial Commissioner is available to the petitioners against the order dated 7th March, 2016 of the Collector, South East. Since alternative remedy is available to the petitioners, I am not inclined to

entertain this writ petition.

In case, revision petition is filed within one week, status quo order dated 11th June, 2008, granted by the Deputy Commissioner, shall continue till the disposal of the revision petition. Financial Commissioner shall make an endeavour to decide the revision petition within four months.

Writ petition is dismissed in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
