% 08.12.2025 The present matter is listed on Office Note dated 06.12.2025, which brings to the notice of this court that the appellant has failed to deposit the deficient court-fee, as was directed vide order dated 07.11.2025 passed in CM APPL. No. 65844/2025. 2.

No one is present on behalf of the appellant when the matter is calledout. 3.

By order dated 07.11.2025, the court had recorded that : "3.Mr. Chandan Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant accepts notice; and submits that the appellant has fallen on bad financial times; and has now been able to arrange only Rs.50,000/, and needs further time to arrange the entire deficient court-fee.

4. In view of the prayer made, it is not considered necessary to call-for a reply to the present application.

5. The present application is disposed-of, directing the appellant to file the entire requisite court-fee within 04 weeks from today.

It is made clear that no further time will be granted for the purpose."

Clearly, the appellant has failed to comply with that order. 5.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed for the appellant having failed to deposit the requisite court-fee.

A copy of this order be communicated by the Registry to the appellant, as well as to learned counsel who had appeared for him on the last date.
