Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for grant of Parole for 60 days in FIR No.0531/2009 under Section 302 IPC, registered at PS: Amar Colony. 2.

It is submitted that Petitioner has moved an Application on 13.10.2025, which has been received on 16.10.2025. However, despite more than four weeks, the Application has not been decided. 3.

Considering the submissions made, Respondent is directed to decided the Application, if not already decided, within a week. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, Writ Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of.
