The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents no.1 to 3 to take action against the unauthorised and illegal construction in the property bearing no.37, Radha Krishna Vihar, Jasola, New Delhi-110025.

A further direction is sought to demolish the illegal construction raised by the respondents no.4 and 5.

Counsel on behalf of the respondent no.2/Special Task Force appears on advance notice and has handed over the minutes of the meeting of the Special Task Force dated 20th January, 2026 which records the fact that the area falls within the jurisdiction of DDA and demolition action has been W.P.(C) 17866/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
