% 07.04.2025 Mr. Mayank Arora, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent via video-conferencing submits, that they concede to the prayer made by way of present transfer petition and therefore have no objection if CS (COMM) No. 993/2022 titled M/s. Absolute Barbeque Pvt. Ltd. vs. Rabindra Nath Rekhi & Ors. pending before the learned District Judge, Patiala House District Courts, New Delhi be transferred to the Board of this court to be heard analogously with CS (COMM) No. 349/2024 titled Central Court Hotel vs. M/s Absolute Barbeque Pvt. Ltd., which arises from the same tenancy agreement.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and accordingly it is directed that CS (COMM) No. 993/2022 titled M/s Absolute Barbeque Pvt. Ltd. vs. Rabindra Nath Rekhi & Ors. pending before the learned District Judge, Patiala House District Courts, New Delhi be transferred to the Board of this court to be tagged with CS (COMM) No. 349/2024 titled Central Court Hotel vs. M/s Absolute Barbeque Pvt. Furthermore, upon being queried, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties inform the court that CS (COMM) No. 349/2024 is listed next before the learned Joint Registrar of this court on 14.04.2025. Accordingly, let the records of CS (COMM) No. 993/2022 be called-for from the concerned court for 14.04.2024, which is the next date of hearing in CS (COMM) No. 349/2024.

The petition stands disposed-of in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
