% 31.01.2025 Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that the admission of the petitioner has been regularized. He also undertakes that the petitioner shall be entitled to be imparted with education as an EWS student and shall receive RTE entitlements as per law.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent No.2, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he does not wish to pursue the matter further.
Accordingly, the instant petition alongwith pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
