Sarthak Panwar, Civil Judge-02, (South West District), Dwarka Courts, Delhi in the case bearing Ex. Civil No.784/2023, titled as <Syed Alamgir Siraj Vs. Ratna Sharma & Ors.=, in the interest of justice.

b) Call the Trial Court record.

c) Pass any other or further order (s) which this Hon9ble Court deem fit, just and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be passed in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondent.= 4.
