A copy of order of 28th May, 2018 has been handed over to the Court and it is taken on record. Counsel for contesting respondent No. 1 submits that petitioner has already challenged the order of 28th May, 2018 and so, this petition has become infructuous. None appears on behalf of petitioner even on the second call. Since none has appeared on behalf of petitioner nor have the effective steps taken.

In view of aforesaid, this petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
