O R D E R

% 21.03.2016 Mr. Kundu, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions from Inspector Saroj Bala, Police StationAmbedkar Nagar, Delhi states that in view of the circumstance that the petitioners are a newly-wed couple, who are apprehending threat at the hands of the family of petitioner No.1, the police would afford adequate protection to them. The beat constable of the concerned area shall also be sensitized in this behalf. The telephone numbers of the SHO of the concerned police station as well as the beat constable shall be provided to the petitioners in order to enable the latter to contact the former in the event of any threat or apprehension. Directed accordingly.

In view of the direction that is being issued in the present petition, I do not think it necessary to issue notice to respondent Nos.2 to 5, family members of the petitioner No.1 herein.
