Through the present Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner prays for issuance of direction to the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Delhi ["DRT-I, Delhi"] to expeditiously decide the TSA No. 106/2022 in terms of the direction dated 13.02.2025 passed by the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi in Misc. Appeal No. 24/2025.

In absence of complete information with regard to the total number of cases pending before the learned DRT-I, Delhi, it will not be appropriate to issue any such direction, however, the Petitioner, if so advised, may file an application before the learned DRT-I, Delhi for expeditious disposal of the matter which shall be considered by the Bench sympathetically.
