This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the Order dated 23.07.2024 by which the respondents have accepted the petitioner's voluntary retirement along with full pensionary benefits. 3.

Notice is accepted by Ms. Avshreya Pratap Singh, the learned counsel on behalf of the respondents. She submits that the respondents can treat the present petition as a representation of the petitioner and communicate their decision to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the present petition as a representation of the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of eight weeks from today.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the present petition. 8.

In case, the order passed by the respondents is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
