The petitioners in paragraph 'S' of the grounds has stated as under:- "S. Because On 07.10.24 being aggrieved by the impugned order dated 11.09.24 the Petitioners have approached before the Divisional Commissioner and has filed an appeal bearing Diary No.

20220000010022 dated 07.10.24 against the impugned order dated 11.09.24. The office of the Divisional Commissioner has inform that on account of vacancy in the Position of divisional Commissioner , petitioners appeal will not be been taken up. This vacancy thus Impedes the Petitioners from seeking timely relief against the eviction order, thereby affecting their rights. As such the Impugned order dated 11.09.24 and order dated 15.10.25 is liable to set aside/stay." 2.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondents that on 14.11.2025, the Appellate Authority has reserved the order. 3.

In view thereof, at this stage, the Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed. 5.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law, if necessitated.
