% 12.07.2018 The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 774/2016 registered under sections 448/34 IPC at Police Station Malviya Nagar. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that section 82 proceedings have been initiated against her because despite service of non-bailable warrants, she has not joined the investigations. The next date in the section 82 proceedings is due on 16.07.2018. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submits that it is not that the petitioner is not aware of the proceedings. She has filed six complaints on the basis of FIRs registered as under:-

1. FIR No. 993/13 u/s 420/406/506 IPC, PS Mehrauli, South District, New Delhi.

2. FIR No. 562/14 u/s 506/509/34 IPC, PS Mehrauli, South District,

New Delhi.

3. FIR No. 1393/14 u/s 509/34 IPC, PS Mehrauli, South District, New Delhi.

4. FIR No: 1999/14 u/s 354/506/509/34 IPC, PS Mehrauli, South District, New Delhi.

5. FIR No. 2034/14 u/s 323/341/34 IPC, PS Mehrauli, South District, New Delhi.

6. FIR No. 2113/16 u/s 323/509/506/34 IPC, PS Mehrauli, South District, New Delhi.

In the circumstances, the petition is not pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage with liberty to file a better one at a later stage. It is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted. NAJMI WAZIRI, J JULY 12, 2018 RW
